[April Fools]I’m going on a science trip
OF COURSE THIS WAS AN APRIL FOOL’S JOKE. I LOVE HOW SOME PEOPLE DIDN’T SPOT IT RIGHT AWAY. COME ON, KILLING PENGUINS?! :P
I’ll be honest with you on this guys: this computer life 24/7 is getting a little boring. That’s why today I’m proud to announce I finally got permission from my school to go on a science trip to Antarctica. We’ll be killing penguins (to examine them of course ;)), drinking ice and spend most of our day on boats. Definitely a departure from this super geeky life.
Don’t worry, I’ll still be around. I got permission to take one of the school’s computers. Alright granted, it’s running Windows 98, but to be honest I missed that clean classic interface for quite a while. Aero really gets in my way. We’ll get internet access 30 minutes a day, which should be enough to check my email and chat with you guys!
I’m leaving next week and I’ll be back in July. This is gonna be awesome!
