It’s like Twitter on steroids!

Well, I’m not sure if it’s twitter on steroids or Facebook on drugs trying to do math problems, but those are the words a friend of mine used to describe the site. Cloudica, as it’s called, is a brand-new social networking site built by a 15-year-old that I think might have some promise.

It’s Twitter with no character limit and with the ability to post links and images. Plus it looks great, so move your little hand and click on this link to check out cloudica today. Then please be kind enough to follow me. See? That only takes you a few clicks, then you can go back to playing WoW non-stop!

Check out Cloudica.

Leveling up!

Every once in a while, I get into things that really show me the way forward and help me grow. Well folks, today might be the beginning of yet another time of huge expansion, meeting a ton of new people and getting my content out to more places than ever before.

Alright, let me explain: if you’ve been around for a while, you probably know social networking has strongly marked my last two years. Fast forward to today, I’m a member of plenty of healthy and diverse communities and know more people online than ever before, and that’s awesome! So what’s the next logical step?

Of course there would be many answers to this, but I believe the right way forward would be combining the power of social networking we all love with longer-form content you’d typically find on blogs. It’s called social blogging. Pretty much an aggregate of blogs made by different people, except they are linked together. I believe that if the content is engaging, I’ll be able to really get more readers that way, so that is really worth a try, don’t you think?

So the first thing I did is I joined geeks.pirillo.com (and check out my profile). It has active forums and gives to option to make blog posts that will show up on the front page and maybe even get featured on Chris Pirillo’s official site (yeah, I’m aiming for that later on). That’s not all though. Over the next few days, weeks and months I’ll be trying out a lot more options and see which ones stick. I hope you help me along the journey.

If you haven’t realized that, this Tumblr account is being turned into my personal blog and will still general online life news and exclusive stuff I might not want to post elsewhere.

How you can help: The way you’ve always done. Send feedback about what I’m doing well and not so well and spread the word.

Yep, that’s really it for now. This could be the beginning of something, folks!

What Chrome add-ons do you have installed?

For some reason I think this isn’t gonna work, looks way too sluggish, crippled and the UI is too dark. Still, this comes from an iPod touch user. I know this is amazing comparing to other mobile browsers out there.

And ha, no flash!
